the 14th Amendment case to bar Trump is much stronger than you think!

"-Trump had the head of the Senate (republican Mitch McConnell, and the head of the HOuse, Kevin McCarthy) BOTH state an insurrection took place and that Trump had responsible for it and was to blame."

I missed when Trump had McConnell and McCarthy say there was an insurrection and trump was responsible for it. I'm not saying Trump didn't tell them to say that just that I missed it.

That sentence is not saying Trump told them to say that. It is saying Trumps ACTIONS prompted them to say it.

They made the declaration it was an insurrection and Trump was one of those responsible for it happening.

Nothing screams "I hate Democracy" like trying to get your only opponent taken off the ballot.

This is just the Democrats' latest schtick in a long list of schemes to try and cheat the next election.

Always scheming, these fuckers.

Nothing screams 'I hate America" like saying the Constitution should be ignored for Trump.

This just the Trumptards constant schtick where in one breath they pretend to be pro America and the Constitution and then in the next prove there is nothing about America they would not destroy for Trump.

True. However, they are ‘supposedly’ originalists, who ‘supposedly’ adhere to the exact wording of the Constitution. Notice, however, my use of the word ‘supposedly’.

Also, what do they owe Trump at this point? Besides Ginni Thomas being a cult member there's really not much leverage for Trump in the SC. Do the moneyed interests that have the conservative judges in their pocket really want Trump back in office? Does the rest of the GOP leadership?

The only scenario I can see is that the GOP would be so desperate to stay in power that they make the same mistake twice, throw their weight behind Trump again, and just keep their fingers crossed that they survive whatever coup inevitably happens ...again.

It is beyond obvious that the GOP is the Trump Party.

I’ve already dumbed it down as much as I can for you and it still evades you. I though taking it down another notch might help. It appears to be in vain, as your willful ignorance is insurmountable.

That's not reading it out loud, bruh. :troll:

Citation please.

Please explain to me why it is not.

Rotsa Ruck! :awesome:

Did you fact check it? The Trumper websites are lying about "as requested by the incumbent President." The FBI requested access to the records, which the President had to approve. That's it.

As usual, rabid cultists just take the words out of context, and have them mean whatever they want them to mean. You guys shouldn't fall for the lies so easily.

Get a jury in some big liberal cities like Houston and Atlanta to say he is not eligible and I don’t see how he could win

I kind of apologize for being so harsh, but stupid partisanry is stupid.

You seriously asked me if I fact-checked courtroom reporting. :palm:
