They are trying, but there's a lot of Independents out there and pissed-off Republicans tired of the same old excuses and bullshit coming from the Party of Trump.

Agree. I don't think Bobblehead wins this time, and NY is in the process of fixing the illegal districts that were drawn by another state.

We are going to see months and months of challenges, similar to Bush/Gore.

The plan will be to discard votes from Blue districts for lack of proper punctuation, etc..

They can try. Not a lawyer, but it seems every time this ploy is tried in court, it sets a precedent meaning the next time someone tries it that previous case law will see it tossed out.

There's also the fact that the Republicans are now embracing mail-in ballots because the COVID-sick elderly Republicans can't vote otherwise. LOL

you miss the point......day one was to present the evidence they had so far......the existence of the bribe money in the accounts.......remember, the defense so far is that Hunter was just selling the "appearance" of influence......its the prima facie showing necessary to obtain the subpeonas of the bank records to trace whether any of the $20M ended up in Joe's pocket......that would make "appearance" a reality, wouldn't it?......

Isn't Joe a part of the Biden family? He was there the entire time... and aware of what was going on... it would have been impossible for him not to be...

The Republicans are like children. They want revenge for Trump's impeachments. At best, they're embarrassing themselves, and at worst, they're damaging trust in the central institutions of America.

Even without the shutdown of the govt. the above would be true.

Given this clown car act is going on when real work is overdue, it makes the issue much worse.
