If Trump dares to speak, being the idiot he is, he will almost certainly admit to many crimes that Alvin Bragg will be able to follow up with criminal indictments after. At least 10 perjury counts are assured but i suspect Trump will walk into many more admissions of even more serious crimes.

Even leftist Axios says nothing about Trump agreeing to testify. That corrupt cunt James wants him to, but that is a LONG way from him agreeing to.

trump is watching his NY LLC licenses sail into the sunset. They're gone. He knows it. The only question is how much this will cost him in the end.

He can employ the same tactics he and his lesser spawn have all along, or he can attempt to testify as an adult. Same for his co conspirator sons.

Either way, he's been tossing spaghetti for 24 hours now.

it is almost certain this should fully bankrupt Trump.

What we know is that he pushes the absolute boundaries of leverage and debt to fund his entire portfolio of businesses. That leaves very little room for the loss of any one significant asset, let alone the most of his assets all that will be fire saled by a Receiver in NYS.

Imagine if you bought a bunch of homes all with increasing debt all on increasing mountains of lies about what they worth. When property 10 is proven to not be worth 10X and is only worth X, and is sold for less than X, then suddenly the lender for Property 9 looks and sees they lost all the value in what they thought was other property which was why they were willing to extend so much leverage to begin with.

I am quite certain, this will put all his businesses in every country at risk of liquidation, with only a Saudi or Russian bailout, able to save him.
 
He is very near death and he cant take the money with him is the first thing.

And fighting for America, for freedom, is more important to Trump than his well being is is the second thing.

Surprisingly, NY is a small piece of his portfolio but for some reason Mar A Shithole is also part of this suit.

Evidently the receiver's number one priority is to run/manage the properties to maximize any profits if they're liquidated or retained.

I believe any sale would be to fund the penalties imposed by the court. Otherwise, they can be managed by anyone but a trump criminal with the profits going to trump.

I find it interesting that there has been a freeze in order to keep the criminal from transferring any assets until this is settled.
