Ya Trump and others like Keri Lake, pose a new threat and challenge to the courts as they treated Courts simple as a business proposition with sole considerations being profit and loss.

Courts are loath to not allow people to bring actions, and as such Trump and others learned for every $1 they spent in legal fees, their derps would donate $10 ($x) when they announced the lawsuit. So they just kept announcing lawsuit after lawsuit to make that delta of profit.

Even if a case is considered frivolous, the fines are historically so small that it did not matter to Trump's profit equation.

Courts in the future may have to look to 'intent' on such frivolous suits and tie cash penalties to disgorge fund raising profits to deter them.

ITs a money making machine for Trump, his people love it, even if its later dismissed, they do not care about the result, just the filing of it.
 
This topic is not a difficult one folks.

An absolute defense to defamation are FACTS and TRUTH. Just like Trump or Bill Clinton could not sue you for saying 'they cheat on their wives', as that is factual and true, Trump cannot sue anyone claiming Russia collusion comments are a Hoax a they have been established as TRUE and FACT.

Similarly anyone can cite Trump as a rapist in public now and he cannot sue successfully. It will always be dismissed on the merits.
