You said his mother 'raised him without any significant source of income' That is blatantly false. It is a lie. For multiple reasons.

1) his mother soon remarried and always had her parents for support during his childhood

2) Obama lived with his grandparents and went to an exclusive school in Hawaii. So his mother was not the one who raised him (at least not solely as you indicated).


3) She divorced Obama's father in 1964, remarried in 1965... so she was not alone

4) She also ended up with a Doctorate
