If you are using the statement to belittle blacks and the black lives matter movement yes I would say you are being racist. The statement itself is true and not at all racist.

... it does if you claim that only black lives matter... perhaps that wasn't the best name choice for the movement if people are looking for support from Humans in general...

Well thats why they have more issues with cops compared with say whites and Asians

They should have added a "too" to the original "Black Lives Matter," so conservatives would have at least a chance of grasping the concept.
