Not a good reason even if true, which it's not. Even if it were true hyperbole just takes you down a blind alley. It typically suggests the writer doesn't have an argument so is compensating with loaded words.

Racism would also describe what white folks have to go through when someone, white or brown, assumes that they are d*cks or ignorant simply because they are white. Since I am not white, per se, (I am the same amount of white as Obama) I guess I now have a pass in your eyes and could never be racist? If everything I ever said came through a filter of how I perceived all white folks to hate me, and how my life sucked because of that while I disregarded any decision I have ever made to have an impact on my life, I too would be racist. I know a few folks like that, they are a huge horse suppository and I prefer to spend time with others.

Now, when white folks tell me how I am a victim and how I need government to step in to fix things, that too is racism. I don't need your help.

No, it's not. It is a reasonably worded response no ad hominem in it. Ad hominem fails to address the question or discussion at hand substituting insults and snark directed at the person you are responding to instead. An insult or snark that is not ad hominem doesn't direct it at the subject being discussed but rather makes it a stand alone response.
