There are two obvious and primary reasons evince wouldn't do that:

1. She's stoned out of her gourd most of the time (by her own admission)...

and...

2. Her social security check, food stamps, etc., aren't enough to purchase a firearm and ammunition...

Ah, the "murder / death" canard! I'll give you that White Supremacists do manage an impressive body count, but they pale in comparison to the billions in property damage and injury that the radical Left creates every year.
