(It's odd how this has impacted our little community ...We have 4 temples in town and one right on the fringe...Police are everywhere....which isn't all that unusual, but this time it's for a different purpose...they're parked in strategic areas....)

IMO the reason for the hate is quite simple. If you take a good long look at that list of who to hate it is also a pretty spot on description of the pillars that for the most part have been holding up society. They want those pillars GONE. Not silenced mind you, but actually DEAD AND GONE. They cannot move forward with their agenda as long as those pillars are in place because they KNOW they are much weaker then them. Their own words and actions PROVE beyond a shadow of a doubt that what I am saying is true, They prove it every damn day. There are only 2 kinds of people in this world,....those who build and those who destroy. They destroy.

The post was about Americans worrying about the children and innocent civilians on both sides.

The children and innocent civilians won't have any input on the outcome.

If one chooses to takes sides, the choices are HAMAS and Netanyahu.

Go with which of those two you like more, regardless of whether you're left or right on the political spectrum.
The hard left is split on the Middle East.

First, you didn't address this at all in your description of whom the hard left allegedly hates.

If one chooses to take sides, as I've chosen to do,
the innocent civilians and the children are NOT one of the available sides to take.
