We all saw the video that was eventually released . The cops showed up and there is paul pelosi smiling and with a drink in his hand and depape a few feet away!!! The attack story was clearly a lie to win sympathy votes just before the 2022 elections . The press knows the story is phony so they are censoring the trial.

nov 9 2023 A man has gone on trial accused of breaking into senior US politician Nancy Pelosi's California home and attacking her husband with a hammer.

David DePape, 43, faces two federal charges: one count of attempted kidnapping of a federal official and one count of assaulting a federal official's family member.

After the attack, Paul Pelosi spent six days in hospital with a fractured skull.

Mr DePape has pleaded not guilty.

If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison for the attempted kidnapping charge and 30 years in prison for the assault on a federal official's family member.

A jury was selected on 6 November.

SAN FRANCISCO — An attorney for the man accused of breaking into Nancy Pelosi’s house and striking her husband in the head with a hammer admitted Thursday that her client committed a criminal assault, but denied it was related to the former House speaker’s job.

In an opening statement at the federal assault and attempted kidnapping trial of David DePape, his attorney, Jodi Linker, conceded that it was “a horrible and shocking act of violence.”

David DePape lived a solitary life, worked carpentry jobs and was seemingly obsessed with right-wing conspiracy theories on the internet, where he railed about “wokism,” questioned the Holocaust and embraced Pizzagate and QAnon.

Then in October 2022, the police said, Mr. DePape, 43, busted into Nancy Pelosi’s San Francisco home and bludgeoned her husband, when she was still the House speaker.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — The man accused of bludgeoning former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband with a hammer was caught up in conspiracies when he broke into her San Francisco home last year, his defense attorney said as his trial opened Thursday.

The attack on then-82-year-old Paul Pelosi in the early hours of Oct. 28, 2022, sent shockwaves through the political world just days before last year’s midterm elections.

Defense attorney Jodi Linker said Thursday she won’t dispute that her client David DePape attacked Paul Pelosi, an encounter caught on police body camera video. Instead, she will argue that he believed “with every ounce of his body” that he was taking action to stop government corruption and the abuse of children by politicians and actors.

HAHAHAHA. Yes, that's the NYT story. They don't ask why pelosi had a drink in his hand when the cops showed up.

And that is nonsense. Pelosi had a drink in his hand when the cops showed up. He and depape were clearly friends or at least knew each other.

You know what's amazing? Piglosis husband was "bludgeoned" but he didn't spill one drop of his drink while answering the door for the cops. All I can say is "WOW"!
