A pre-natal test should be developed so that anybody stupid enough to be influenced by social media

One would think so, however, the reality is that zillions of people worldwide are directly influenced by social media, all those politicians don’t have Twitter accounts because they want to keep their constituents informed, and of course, as we all know, Trump’s favorite means of communicating is social media

That's indeed the reality, and it's not the least bit comforting.

The Police have to go through the internet provider to get a connection list to be able to track someone behind a VPN.
It's a lot of trouble to have to go to if it's not a crime!

Yeah... that's just not realistic by any measure. Considering folks on the interwebs are not always even within the United States and under any jurisdiction to which she'd be able to regulate, and those here in the United States know how to use VPNs we'd have no way to figure that nonsense out. This is what happens when people who aren't tech savvy try to write rules to regulate tech... just silliness.
