KHAN YOUNIS, Gaza Strip — The Israeli military entered Gaza’s largest hospital early Wednesday, conducting what it called a “precise and targeted operation against Hamas in a specified area” of the facility, which has been the site of a standoff with the militant group.

The army surrounded the facility as part of its ground offensive against Hamas. Israeli authorities claim the militants conceal military operations in the facility.

Pentagon spokesperson also reads a statement declassifying US intelligence assessment on Hamas, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, and their use of hospitals.

“We do have information that Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad use some hospitals in the Gaza Strip, including the Al Shifa Hospital, as a way to conceal and support their military operations and hold hostages. They have tunnels underneath these hospitals. Hamas and PIJ members operate a command and control node from Al Shifa hospital in Gaza city, they have weapons stored there, and are prepared to respond to an Israeli military operation against the facility.”

For days, the Israeli army has encircled Shifa Hospital, the facility it says Hamas hides in, and beneath, to use civilians as shields for its main command base. Hospital staff and Hamas deny the claim.

One of the interesting facts that surrounds the issue of distinction under the Law of War is the degree to which one must be absolutely certain that activity is occurring which transforms a protected civilian object—such as a hospital—into a military object.
Israel and the U.S. said there were bunkers and tunnels under Al Shifa that made the Israeli raid justifiable under the Law of War.
There were none.
They failed the requirement for distinction.
The attack on Al Shifa was a brutal war crime.
Both Netanyahu and Biden are guilty.
Israel is led by a war criminal.
But so is the United States.
And everyone who paraded in Washington DC with an Israeli flag draped around their backs was demonstrating in support of war criminals and their crimes.

The hospitals are being shut down as part of the Zionist program to make GAZA uninhabitable, to convince the Palestinians to leave, and the world to take them.

This is a war crime, and the world is not standing for it.

The IDF said that “after searching some of the hospital complex buildings”, troops had found weapons as well as “intelligence materials, military technologies and equipment, command and control centres, and communications equipment, all belonging to Hamas”.

'Inhumanity': Pastors shown footage of Hamas atrocities during private embassy screening
Dozens of pastors gathered at the Israeli Embassy Monday for a private screening of raw footage and audio of Hamas gunning down civilians in their homes and bragging about killing Jews as they seek to bear witness to the brutality of the Oct. 7 attacks.

In partnership with the embassy, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews hosted the screening of a 45-minute video compiled by the Israeli government showcasing the murders committed by Hamas on civilians in southern Israel.

The footage shown during the event was collected from various sources, including Hamas body cameras, security cameras, social media posts, cell phone cameras and first responders.

The event did not permit attendees to record the footage due to concern that some victims' families have yet to see the graphic videos and photos of their dead loved ones.

Before the screening began, Eliav Benjamin, the embassy's deputy head of mission, delivered opening remarks, contending that Israel shouldn't apologize for any of its actions and must defend its people. The screening comes amid mounting calls for a ceasefire in Gaza. After Hamas militants killed over 1,400 people (over 1,110 civilians) in its Oct. 7 surprise attack, the Hamas-run health authorities state that over 11,000 people in Gaza have been killed since Israel launched retaliatory airstrikes and a ground offensive last month.

Benjamin stressed that Israel is fighting a "just war," not just on its behalf but on behalf of the free world, and is doing all that it can to prevent civilian casualties.

"This is not a war of religion," Benjamin said. "It is, in a way, a war of civilizations, or the civil world against those who don't believe in civilizations."

Bahaha quite the 'command center'. A dozen or so guns, a box of dates, and a Hamas 'guard list' that the IDF got caught lying about, which turned out to literally be days of the week listed in Arabic on a calendar. No tunnels, no 'hostages'. I have more guns in a single display cabinet in my home. Fucking zionist liars.
