My bet is Musk is 100% correct and Media Matters has to pay through the nose. I expect them to try and settle to get out of this. Musk owns the site they tried it on and if one thing is 150% absolutely true, computers are rat bastards. I bet Musk has so much data evidence Media Matters won't even try to defend against this suit. They'll try for a settlement and not having to take blame.

So then lets bet. Av and Sig bet for 6 months. Winner gets to pick the others Av and Sig they must use.

If Media Matters settles, admit fault, which Musk would want done publically, as this has hurt him with advertisers then you win. But any settlement must be clear and public as Musk may well settle to avoid voir dire and to keep that from going public.

But if it goes to Court or Musk just dismisses it prior to court I win.
