When you ask for damages, you should sue the ones that wronged you!

So, I would advise Bowman, that if he wants reparations, he should first be sure his family were ever slaves, and if they were, sue the slave owners that owned his family!

Well, his ancestors should have filed suit for reparations at the end of the Civil War- that is if his ancestors didn't receive their 40 acres and a mule- which were the reparations that were provided to the newly freed slaves.
