GOP victory in Mass?

These elites are brilliant. First all of a sudden there are 3 democrats ready to retire and then all of a sudden a republican pics up a win in Boston?

This can only spell one thing. The death of the health care reform. Everyone knows that the health care system in America is a major cash cow for the elites. To both democrats and republican elites alike.

How well they move their pawns around to manipulate public opinion. Its really sad, that America will never get a humane health care system, like the rest of the developed world.

Massachusetts has the very healthcare he says he will vote against on a federal level. I'm not sure that makes sense, but he is a throwback moderate republican and pro choice.

"I know, I know: Democrats are saying that Scott Brown is a typical Washington Republican, the unholy spawn of George W. Bush and Dick Cheney. But here's the evidence, right on Brown's campaign website: "I believe that all Americans deserve health care coverage.... In Massachusetts, I support the 2006 health care law that was successful in expanding coverage...."

The law he's referring to is a government health care program that forces people to buy insurance, exactly like Obamacare. The idea is to achieve universal coverage, exactly like Obamacare. Those who can't afford it get subsidized by taxpayers, exactly like Obamacare. And four years after it was passed, 98 percent of Massachusetts has signed up. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this big government?"

So he supports it in Massachusetts but not for the rest of America?

as I recall they were required by law to sign up, and the state was handing out hefty fines for those who hadn't........and yesterday, a majority of them voted against it?.....

Exactly. Something smells fishy. Though I seen this coming from a mile away. I know how the elites operate.... Its a shame other people cannot see.....

In the long run? I promise you. The people of Mass will be better off with the health care they were forced to buy.

y'all should do some research on MA health-care plan as well as Browns stand. Hes not against health-care reforms however he is against the current one which I dont know about you guys but from what I can see nobody has details on and it has tons of earmarks and pork mixed in.

Unfortunately that is common practice on the hill. Whenever they pass something positive, there are a number of negative things latched on.

Thats how they help their buddies and campaign supporters.

Remember. When the government gives you a dollar? They will find a way to take back two of your dollars.
