So why are more Republicans supporting the deranged pathological liar? It makes no sense to me. They mythologize his years in office - they weren't good. The country was divided, people hated each other, he was incompetent & inexperienced, and more jobs were lost under his admin than any President in modern history. He also inspired an attempted insurrection and tried to disrupt the grand American tradition of a peaceful transfer of power.

If Republican voters care about moving on from Biden & changing the direction of the country - Haley is the answer. Not Trump. His dominance in the polls makes no sense to me.

I'd vote for Haley over Trump. I'd also vote for DeSantis over Trump, and even Vivek... Not Chris Christie though, he's just annoying, likely in the race to be "someone brave enough to say stuff about Trump." not a serious candidate.

Shoot, that Governor that used to be in the debates... The one that nobody can remember... I'd vote for him over Trump. LOL

I'd vote for my right shoe before I'd vote for Biden though. It would take a case of burning transmissible eruptive inflamed dementia and probably irreversible death and a burial near Chicago to get a vote for Biden on a ballot meant to be cast by me.

Trump is a MUCH greater threat to the future of the republic than Biden.

But a win for either would be extremely bad for the country, imo.

Are you thinking of Kasich? He was my guy in 2016, over anyone on the Dem or GOP side. A practical leader w/ an actual record of accomplishment. But the guy who practically set the tone for the Republican Revolution in the '90s is now a "RINO," like many true conservatives are.

In 2016 my "guy" was anyone on the stage that wasn't Trump. Ted Cruz would have been dandy, but so would anyone on that stage that were not Trump. I predicted he would not be the nominee... Man, I was WRONG.
