Isn't the case already decidend against Trump and this is the damages phase? I haven't been keeping track because of all his other crimes and court dates.

I see federal prison in James future. Unless your Reich can defraud another election, a legitimate AG will be in place in January 2025 - and a RICO case against James is a slam dunk.
