The school had videos of the incident, but we weren't allowed to see them. No doubt the kids used phones to take vids too, but we weren't allowed to see those either. Why the censorship?

Too many women have been raped.

What Carroll and the democrats have done diminishes the horror of what rape actually is, making a political farce out of a crime that destroys the lives of real victims.

Trump was not convicted in criminal court
but found liable for sexual misconduct in civil court.

Thus, the courts decided that the plaintiff was NOT lying.

Thus, Trump is also guilty of defamation if he claims that she is.

A court in NYC won’t adjudicate the appeal at the Supreme Court.

The kangaroo courts in NYC are an abomination.

But then a jury looked at the evidence and decided that Carroll had been sexually assaulted by Donald J Trump. At this point it is no longer likely but a fact confirmed by a court.
Since it was decided in a court, there is no reason for a court to look at it again.

I guess if Trump finds a lawyer in the next 20 days, he can file an appeal.
At this point, it isn't looking good for him.
