No they cannot.

"Evidence" is not just some spontaneous thing you spring on the other counsel. That is not how things work.

A person cannot just spouting some BS conspiracy nonsense in court telling the court "i am reading in new evidence" and an hour later no one, but other Cters have any clue what the person is talking about.


Things need to be considered by the judge to ensure they are relevant and there is no 'trust me... i just found this in my pocket and it is great evidence' exception.

You think there is but that is because you are a stupid person who believes stupid things.

After you have laid the foundation for the evidence, you can ask the judge if it can be admitted into evidence. The other party can object to your evidence being admitted. The other party could also ask the witness additional questions about the evidence to before deciding whether to object to the evidence or not. These questions are called “voir dire.” Keep in mind, when the other party is trying to admit evidence, you also can object or ask voir dire questions.
If the judge accepts the evidence, it will be marked as “admitted” and you are free to ask questions about it with any of the people who are testifying. The judge will usually keep the evidence in the court, so if you are trying to admit something from your cell phone or another item that you need back, it is best to bring in printed screenshots or photographs if possible.

Alina Habba "laid no foundation". She simply started speaking about the 'evidence' as if that was already done. She even asked the judge 'what should she do', when she realized she was not doings correctly.

Across the board you see lawyers, whether Trump defenders or not, on tv shows criticizing how unprepared and not knowledgeable she is and how she is hurting Trump by missing so many motions, times to submit evidence and other key things.

But she says 'better to be pretty as she can fake smart', and just like Trump, that is all you care about. The question is 'when does she starting faking smart'.


But anyway i am on your side. it was all just a bad judge. Alina did everything masterfully and i hope you and i and others can convince Trump to let her lead the upcoming criminal trials.

Trump's lawyer problem is one of his own making. He has cheated layers out of their pay for decades. That takes a large part of the potential lawyers out of his possibilities. Then his silly they must look like they came out of Central Casting cuts the lawyers pool more. He wants a pretty lawyer. How is that working out? Trump is a really dumb person.
