Carroll called trump a rapist on national tv. He was never convicted criminally for that, nor did the civil trial say he raped carroll. But the courts said he can't sue her for defamation?

She has contemporaneous witnesses. These are people she told at the time of the assault who were found to be credible by the judge and jury. Your problem is not with Carroll, it's with the U.S. justice system. If you don't like it, move to Russia.

So not only did Carroll tell these two witnesses, this goes to show why Carroll didn't come forward right away.. it was for fear that Trump would take her to court and defame her. Which he HAS done.

E. Jean's Carroll's witnesses didn't get any "loot". Had that occurred Trump's defense attorney would have presented that evidence at trial. A judge and jury found Trump liable for Carroll's assault.

The jury already knows.

They found the defendant guilty of being Donald Trump. That was the crime he was actually charged with.

Correct.

We had a Judge Finding of FACT that in fact Trump did rape her.

Trump tried to sue E Jean for saying she was raped, and we need to understand what Trumps defense was to that which was when he tried to sue her :

- 'Sure, the Jury only found i forcibly Finger fucked you E Jean, I grabbed by the pussy, but they were unsure if i used my penis, so by NYS law they call that Sexual Assault when in most of the country it rape either way. WIN FOR ME!'


Note, Trump NEVER denied it in his attempted lawsuit against E Jean, he simply argued that she could not say 'rape' and could only say 'sexual assault'.

The Judge in that case made a Finding of FACT that the jury finding is consistent with 'rape' regardless of the NYS distinction, as that is how the word is used in most of the rest of the country.


That is why Trump never filed any more appeals. As he started with a Jury verdict he 'Sexual Assaulted' her.
In his attempt to sue her he GAINED a judge Factual Finding 'In fact he RAPED her'.

His next step would have seen the Appeals Court say 'You raped her' , in their Factual Findings.

A SC Appeal would have seen them say 'You raped her'.

So Trump realize the more he appealed the worse it got for him in terms of denials.
