Will the Supreme Court hear the immunity issue?

I think on Monday, Trump will file a petition requesting The Supreme Court review the decision denying him immunity.

I think it will take about a month, but I’m ready to make a prediction, I don’t think the Supreme Court is going to undertake this case, they are going to let the district court opinion stand.

If my prediction stands, I think the Trump election interference case will go to trial in June.

Thoughts?

If you had ever had a basic introduction to law, you'd view this differently.

The democrat court (DC) of appeals acted in contempt of precedent set by Nixon v Fitzgerald.

By contemptuously shitting all over established rulings - the party court forces the SCOTUS to take the case - or concede that the high court is impotent and rulings from the supreme bench are meaningless.

What will happen:

The four leftists will rule against immunity.
The four constitutionalists will rule in favor of precedent set in the aforementioned case.

Leaving Justice Barrett as a wild card. I can't predict how she will swing.

look on the bright side, libtards.

when trump wins in the supreme court, the legal affirmation of executive privilege will allow biden to go full dictator.

No, it would be a bad idea for the supreme court to take the immunity case, the three judge DC circuit court did a great job on ruling on the immunity case, they dot the i's and cross the t's on this case?!! There is nothing for the supreme court to do on the immunity case, unless they want to slow walk Trump trial to after the the election?!!

Dictators imprison their political opponents. Biden would never turn America into a banana republic.

I think so too. The only reason they'll take it on is because it's the best the conservative majority can do to help Trump delay the trial. Thomas will be the only justice allowing immunity because he's a piece of shit. The rest will ratify the lower court's decision.
