I prefer competency. Nikki Haley would make the best President over Biden or Trump. Ranking the second two, I'd put Biden over Trump since, bumbling or not, Biden isn't an insane narcissist giving away America's nuclear secrets in exchange for lucrative resort properties in foreign lands.
