We've been giving our kids the maximum allowable tax free transfers for years,
even to the point where we can't do it anymore
because we're still alive and need some money.

I doubt very much if they have any receipts.

The facts are irrelevant.

I want Trump in custody or dead.
You want him in the Oval Office.

What family members do you know that have receipts for money they give to other family members? What does that mean?

You get your pay check, you deposit it. You carry cash around. You give that cash to a family member, what receipt do you think you have?


I am a person who always has about $500 in my wallet. When out with friends it is not uncommon for one person to pay the bill on their credit card and myself and other friends to give that person cash, so the Server does not have to do multiple credit card charges. I often offer my friends group to pay with my card, and tell them they can give me cash, if they prefer, and that can often balloon my cash.

What receipt do you think I would have from any of those type engagements?

The Judge has very specifically said the personal relationship IS NOT an issue here...

But you have receipts... I just don't want Joe or Kamala in the Oval Office... as far as Fani and her Ex ? Facts are very important... I do like to watch her perform though... if that's not a guilty gal then I haven't seen one...;)

When you get cash don't you get a receipt? Is there not some record of the transaction? You didn't get the cash out of thin air? When you deposit your paycheck there is a record of that when you make a withdrawal there is a.. This is not difficult...

Not following HR protocols whether it on dating or dress code, DOES NOT, get a DA removed from a case. Georgia law is VERY CLEAR on what threshold has to be met for that to happen and those going after Willis are not even offering up ANYTHING that speaks to those requirements.


This is why i always say 'the magats stupidity is our super power'.

You literally have the judge proclaim 'this is not about the affair and I WILL NOT be considering that' and yet you magats are so excited thinking 'ZOMG, they admitted the affair... they are done'.

Who keeps the receipt of getting cash out of their bank or bank machine and why would you keep it? There is no legal reason to keep it.

Do you have a folder somewhere where you keep every bank machine withdrawal of cash you have ever made?

Most people get the receipt from the machine, look at it, and throw it away in the garbage, right beside the machine. You see heaps of them in the garbage because there is no need to keep them.

Most of the legal commentators i watched interviewed, believed Willis taking the stand is probably what cements her winning the case. They felt after the other testimony there was some doubt but after Willis, there was no more.

Her poise and professionalism, is not on trial. A judge does not think, you lost your poise and were not as professional so you lose. What he looks at is the facts, and Willis countered the singular piece of evidence that was put in front of the judge by saying the woman from her office who testified they started the affair earlier, was lying. So the judge now has to have more than a reasonable doubt about that uncorroborated accusation by a single person Willis fired from her office. That is what matters.
 
Well darn she's not taking the stand... I was so looking forward to watching her perform again today.... she should never again be allowed to represent anyone or anything... let's all guess how the wheels of Justice will turn...;)
