Bummer. Some teabagger is going to go to prison for a long time.

Hmmm, judging from the pics of this sissy boy, teabagger conservative, the vato locos in prison are going to have a playmate and tea bag receptacle for years to come. Total bummer. :(

Why should one feel compassion for this guy? He posed as a telephone company employee, entered a federal building and attempted to wiretap the phone of a member of Congress. That's so fucking stupid I don't know where to begin.

One of his buddies is the son of the U.S. Attorney in Shreveport, LA. Maybe his buddy's dad can convince the federal authorities to have compassion on him. He needs it. He don't need mine.

Just one of life's rich ironies that a sissy boy teabagger who made it his life's mission to "out" ACORN as a bunch of criminals (even though they were cleared of all criminal charges), is himself a criminal.

i was under the impression he had not actually wiretapped anything....

i think cypress, after jizzing all over himself over the "gotcha", didn't bother check the facts

anyway, those guys are so full of stupid, even if you knocked them into next year it wouldn't dent their stupid level
 
It's a BS charge...A camera man was messing with the phones...no PROOF of any wire tapping "plot". This is a BS charge in order to allow ACORN to seem the legitimate victim.


Nothing will come of these "allegations" that have absolutely NO PROOF!

Come now Yurt....if the Black Panthers, caught on camera and with the testimony of eyewitness claiming they intimidated voters at polling places got a pass, why would it be hard to believe ACORN wouldn't get a pass by this administration...the double standard is obvious to any that cares to open their eyes....

A federal law enforcement official said one of the suspects was picked up in a car a couple of blocks away with a listening device that could pick up transmissions. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the information was not part of the FBI affidavit.

This is a BS charge being hyped by the left. A listening device, that was not part of the affidavit, in a car blocks away. No wire taps found in phones....yeah wow, like I said, no proof!

and whatever these facts show, they are IRRELEVANT to exposing ACORN whether they were charged or not...
anyone that heard to ACORN tapes would look like a fool to deny what they obviously show....

Agreed about getting carried away. The FACTS are already out though bravo with regards to Proof of wire tapping. They are now alleging a "plot" to wire tap. There were no devices put in phones and this alleged "listening device" in a car blocks away, was not even named in the afidavit. The left will try and make hay with this, but it's a dead in the water charge imo.

As to the infamous ACORN, there is absolutely no defense for their actions in those videos.
