Even the trump-hating judge admits there were no victims since trump paid back all the loans and on time. I guess the state will just take the money. Nice racket they have here.

feb 17 2024 X and SpaceX owner Elon Musk dismissed the verdict in Trump’s civil fraud case by simply asking who the supposed victim was if all of the loans granted to Trump were paid back with interest.

In a rather unsurprising move, the former was found liable in New York Attorney General Letitia James’ civil suit brought against Trump and his companies. Trump was ordered to “pay back” more than $350 million after the years-long case brought forward by an attorney general who campaigned on “getting Trump” came to a close.

Musk responded with a simple question in an X post. “Given that there were no victims with losses, who is supposed to receive the money?” asked Musk.
