OK. Since the treaty is meaningless then no country has to spend 2% because of a meaningless treaty.
In reality, the treaty says that an attack on a member of the NATO treaty is an attack on the US. You are arguing that if the US is attacked that we shouldn't respond. Do you really believe that? or are you just so busy with your head up Trump's ass that you don't care if the US is attacked?

Funny thing about Ukraine is that most European countries have provided a larger % of their GDP to the defense of Ukraine than the US.
Then on top of that, European countries have taken in more refugees than the US. Germany and Poland have each taken in over 1 million refugees while the US has taken in 100,000.
The average EU citizen has provided more financial support to Ukraine with their taxes than you have.
