feb 18 2024 Truckers who support former President Donald Trump say they will refuse to drive loads to and from New York City following the $355 million verdict in Trump's civil fraud trial.

A trucker with the X name "Chicago Ray" took to the social media platform Friday night and posted a video in which he expressed fellow truckers' outrage at the verdict.

"I've been on the radio for over an hour and I've talked to at least (10) Truckers who are gonna start refusing loads of Monday for (NYC) ...I talked to (3) guys that I work with who texted the boss and told him no (NYC)," Chicago Ray posted on X.

"Truckers are (95%) Trump... it'll get overturned on appeal but you know how f**ken hard it is to get one of these mfrs into (NYC) cut the bulls**t I'll cya down the road"

NY has the most corrupt legal system in the world. The carroll rape case had no evidence and the civil fraud case had no victims!! But trump is ordered to pay $440 million.
 
Along with everything else wrong in this case, the state of NY denied trump a jury trial even though the 7th amendment gives him the right to one.

Translation = any legal system, or individual even remotely connected to that system, that even criticizes Trump is corrupt, hell, forget legal system, anything or anybody who criticizes Trump is corrupt

Is there a Democratic institution in America that Trump hasn’t tried to tear done and destroy? And the cult will say he isn’t interested in establishing his own autocracy in America

The 7A in its entirety says :

In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.


Pretty clearcut. You have an absolute right to jury trial in a civil case over 20 bucks. But Judge engoron said NYS has a law that overrides (!!!!) that and declared trump the loser and fined him $354 million.

You have a right to a jury trial unless your attorney waives that right, like Trumps attorney did. Did you get dropped on your head as a child?
 
It's actually incredible to me how far the GOP has strayed from the Reagan days.

Can't imagine what that man would think of the current party. Beating on cops, trashing our judicial system, abandoning law & order, and coddling up to a murderous Russian dictator.

It's really insane.
