Judge orders Trump to pay nearly $355 million in civil fraud trial

do you want to set this precedent of courts just arbitrarily interfering in private real estate contracts?

yes you do.

you want a terror regime that rules by unpredictable fear and persecution.

1) in the State of New York, and every other state, fraudulent applications for loans are illegal, regardless of outcome.
2) The court didn’t bring this case the Elected Attorney General of New York did
3) If it is In the interest of the people, yes, I believe these type of cases are appropriate.

Reason #307 Why Fredo will make a great patsy: doesn't understand the difference between a judge and an attorney general.

the attorney general is the court you fucking idiot box.

WRONG, and idiotic. The AG is in the Executive branch, not Judicial.

It’s set up that way for a separation of powers. No wonder you are a Trumpper, you failed 6 grade civics.

the executive is also the state.

when the judiciary and exectucutive coordinate like the biden regime tinpots are, that's in violation.

I have often asked how anyone can support Donald Trump. Increasingly, I find that the answer is a severe lack of education about government and democracy.

Agents in this country, such as Steve Bannon recognized this ignorance, and are desperately taking advantage of it. So many Trumper’s have no concept of the constitution or basic principles such as separation of powers. It’s why they are so quick to simply buy the idea that a deep state is in control.

Ignorance is deadly to democracy.

You are incredibly ignorant as to what “the government” is doing.

When you don’t understand something, you call it “word games”, it is sad but uneducated people don’t understand that they are uneducated.

When you don’t understand something, you don’t want to admit that you don’t understand it, so you make up a story that fits your agenda.

I recommend you take a civics class.

Just a short little primer for you. The United States of America has three branches to its government. The branches were created to provide a system of checks and balances, so that “the government“ can’t really do anything in a coordinated way unless it is the will of the people and constitutional.

An attorney general is part of the executive branch of the government, while a judge is a part of the judicial branch. Often times the executive branch, tries to do something, and the judicial branch prohibits it because it is unproven or unconstitutional. in the current situation, the judicial branch found that the executive branch was correct, in its attempt to apply the law which was written by the legislative branch.

You see, for Trump to have been convicted, all three opposing branches had to be in agreement.

For this to be true, Thousands of elected officials, who didn’t know each other, would have had to work in coordination.

Your paranoia, and lack of education, does not equal a conspiracy.

....or a large amount of insanity. Trumpers aren't very bright, but some are downright nuts. MTG is one example. Trump himself is another:

Donald Trump's cognitive decline worse than Joe Biden's due to 2 signs, professor says
Aprofessor has pointed to two worrying habits from Donald Trump that suggest his cognitive decline is "more apparent" than Joe Biden's.

Prof Paul Quirk, a politics professor at the University of British Columbia, singled out Trump's "slurred speech" and "gross, repeated errors" as two pieces of evidence of the billionaire's "more apparent cognitive decline".

What are the damages and who is the damaged party?

Trump obtained some loans from banks and he paid those loans back to those banks.
Who cares besides Pedo Don and his fan club? Fraud is a crime. Pedo Don and his two crooked sons were convicted of fraud.

James is saying that no man is above the law??? I know this is a civil case, but tell that shit to Martha Stewart, to the late Leona Hemmsley and to Al Capone, all sent to prison for tax fraud. Meanwhile, this Trump lunatic is just fined money? HIs white ass should be in fuckin prison along with his whole fuckin family....so James, Trump is above the fuckin law.
