It’s sawdust, not cocaine

Hunter Biden’s attorneys argued on Tuesday that U.S. Attorney David Weiss’s investigation into their client included some major factual errors, including mistaking a pile of sawdust for cocaine.

In a court filing, the law team challenged that what the Department of Justice’s discovery revealed cannot be taken “at face value.”

In previous filings, Weiss had accused the president’s son of taking a picture of several lines of cocaine. But Biden’s team says otherwise, claiming that Biden not only didn’t take the photograph, but that the picture doesn’t depict cocaine at all.
 
Why are these prosecutors unable to tell the difference between cocaine and saw dust?


Why did they accidentally mix up who sent the picture and who received it?

The prosecution said Hunter sent it to someone to show his lines of cocaine



They twisted up evidence to pin him
 
It was their proof he was using at the time of the gun purchase


It also shows they are willing to lie about evidence

Weiss was nominated by the former president in 2017 and confirmed by a unanimous Senate vote in early 2018.
The “blue slip” process allows senators to indicate their support for or opposition to judicial nominees in their home state. While both Democratic senators from Delaware supported Weiss’ nomination, his appointment was relatively noncontroversial, according to The New York Times.
 
Former President Trump questioned the decision to elevate U.S. Attorney for Delaware David Weiss to special counsel in the Hunter Biden investigation on Friday, claiming that the federal prosecutor “would not have been picked by me.”
“David Weiss was picked by the two Democrat Senators from Delaware under ‘Blue Slip,’” Trump said in a post on Truth Social. “He would not have been picked by me.”



Trump just keeps lying about it
 
As U.S. attorney, Weiss began investigating Hunter Biden in 2018. Republicans had for months asked Garland to appoint a special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden. Some specifically demanded that Weiss, a Republican appointed by Donald Trump as U.S. Attorney, be appointed special counsel, giving him additional authority.
 
So the prosecutor Trump picked to investigate Hunter Biden decided to charge him


Now it’s all falling assed apart so they lied
