The point is Trump lied to get the loans. He committed fraud. He said Mira Lago was with a billion or a billion and a half. The most expensive home in America is supposed to be worth 290 million but sold for 140. And it is in California. Trump lied about Mira Lago starting in 2010.He claimed Mira Lago could be developed with homes. The problem is for lower taxes, he made a deal that it could not be developed in perpetuity.
He said a bldg he owns was 75 stories tall and was making 64 million a year. It was 43 stories and was losing money.
We all know he tripled the floor space and evaluations of his apartment.
He claimed his Aberdeen golf course could have 2500 homes built around it. The deal was only 500 could. His golf courses are losing money.
This is fraud to get the loan whether he paid it back or not.

The term “repeated” as used herein shall include repetition of any separate and distinct fraudulent or illegal act, or conduct which affects more than one person.

"...conduct which affects more than one person.". Name the affected persons. You never read the law for yourself did you? You just parrot what lever they say.

It affected the banks making the loans. The interest rate paid, the amount of funds that could be recovered if Trump defaults or if NY seizes those properties to pay his settlements.

And the citizens of NYS directly.

Just as the 2008 Subprime mortgage collapse impacted citizens all across the country via their taxes having to cover the fraud.

The NY AG is empowered, VERY DELIBERATELY to try and stop fraud, when found, and not only once a loss is realized to specifically try and avoid 2008 Mortgage crisis type situations where fraud is allowed to pile in to the systems, weakening them.

This idea being pushed by Magats that even discovered fraud MUST BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE until it fails, is just their abject stupidity as not even they believe that.
 
People need to understand how stupid the argument Yakuda has been pushing is.


He has been saying that if NYS AG tomorrow, got a whistle-blower tip from an employee working inside a new Mortgage Broker firm, that was writing up all 100% fraudulent Mortgages (NINJA mortgages) and they investigated and found 10 banks that they had submitted the fraudulent mortgages to as a bundle, trying to sell them, Yakuda is saying the NY AG can do NOTHING to stop this firm.

They must allow them to continue to try and find a bank to trick and buy them, and then they must allow them to stay on the books until the mortgages default.

Yakuda is saying 'only then, once their is a victim, can the AG act', but they 'cannot act on the documents fraud alone'.

That IS NOT the law and that Yakuda thinks it is proves my signature accuracy.
