Congress Shall Make NO LAW....

Here stupid, This is what I told your lapdog Bravo. Let's see if you have the guts or the brains to deal with the points and information provided, because you're not fooling anyone into believing that you read the entire decision linked here....since I've so easily put the kibosh on the absurd statements you've made thus far.

Just Plain Politics! - View Single Post - Were fucking owned

You've not provided any points or facts, just a bunch of meaningless bullshit from liberal journalists... or people who call themselves such! The Supreme Court case is linked, it stands on its own merit, I don't have to interpret it or explain it to you, it's very clear and concise and proves you and your liberal cronies to be just plain wrong.

touchyliberal,

is it possible for you to just calm down and just debate an issue? or do you have to froth at the mouth and insult with every post? i don't mind insults, i give them, but your intensity is as irrational as most of your thoughts. just calm down, think about your arguments or points, then present them.

from what i've read of you, you do occasionally have interesting points, but they are so lathered in your angry froth i don't care to respond.

Notice he edited his last response to me, I presume to add more angry froth... "Here stupid" just didn't seem to be enough, he edited it to "Wipe the spittle off your screen, mastermind." He likes using that word "spittle" a lot! I think he believes it sounds more revolting than just plain spit, what do you think?

No. We can make and exception just like we did with bailing out bankers, and defrauding gm shareholders. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

No free speech for corporations with a speck of foreign ownership.

It's time that we can break the rules of behalf of people, not just bankers and ceos.
It's never time for that. There is recourse to change the constitution if you don't like aspects of it. Just ignoring it is simply wrong and the wrong way for us to travel.

It is time for breaking a 'rule' in favor of average citizens. I know you like to reserve these priveliges for banks and large corporations, but that shit is just wearing too thin.

You don't determine what's the right way to travel, you're just another run of the mill neocon fascist bootlick blowhard. ANd you think it makes you enlightened, that' the funny thing.

Just as I thought......typical neocon smoke screen....ignore the points and facts that contradict their beliefs and then LIE about what is being presented.

You gutless coward, you don't DARE discuss what I sourced because you just can't stand thinking beyond a certain point. What I and others much more versed on the subject (like former and current judges) are pointing out is RAMIFICATIONS of the SCOTUS decision, and how it severely over reaches the original case in question. THAT is what you want to remain willfully ignorant of. So be it. Like I said before, don't go bitch'in about liberals and unions and campaign financing from now on, because the SCOTUS has just said it's okay! Deal with it. :cof1:

You lying asswipe..you ranted and rave about the SCOTUS being wrong in its decision and that Corp. couldn't possibly be covered by the first Amendment, etc.
Now YOU'RE changing the debate to the ramifications of the decision..you got pwned on the origional topic some now its time to change...comparing you to an asswipe isn't really fair to asswipes...

The ends do not justify the means...ever hear that...do you understand it...
SCOTUS ruled on the Constitution and the issue of freedom of speech and who it applys to....not the "ramifications" of the freedom....

It too bad that Nazies and Bush haters and the Klan enjoy the same rights under the First Amendment but thats the breaks (ramifications)

I do agree with you on this one....a true coward is unable to admit he's wrong on any level....problem is, it describes you....

Bottom line: I respond in kind. If a thread is started off insulting people who are of a different opinion, then why should I be civil to that person?

The chronology of the post on every thread in which I engage you and your buddies demonstrates that when I present information or opinions that you don't agree with or cannot logically or factually disprove....you cop an attitude, or you start making false claims as to what I've written or you try to change the subject or you just ignore information given and repeat a moot or disproven point. When that fails, it just becomes a slam fest. For you to suddenly feign innocent shock & dismay is totally absurd, given the recorded history of your actions.

Bottom line: I'm willing to discuss point for point, issue for issue, opinion for opinion using facts and the logic derived from them. Yes, there will be dust ups, but a civil discussion can be done without condescending attitudes and vendettas.

Don't start none, won't be none....I'm willing if you are.

Now, that being said, do you at least understand that I'm pointing to the ramifications of the recent Scotus decision?

Bottom line: You're just too stubborn and or stupid to deal with the FACTS that deconstruct your ravings. FACT: the first amendment isn't what the coroporations depended upon to give them same status as you and I. It's the 14th amendment...and THAT was essentially nullified after the New Deal (and it was all based on a judges "opinion" and NOT a officially ruling, as history shows).

So all your previous rantings about the 1st amendment and "freedom of speech" is for naught, because YOU don't even understand the history....and you don't want to know. Therefore, the ramifications the SCOTUS decision are lost on you.

FYI: SCOTUS decisions have been reversed over time...so that means that with new appointments, some decisions won't stand scrutiny.

As the links and posts show, I don't lie....it is YOU who is all over the place trying to avoid the logical ramifications of the Scotus decision as outlined in my source links. Grow up, toodles. It's not me who's screwing with our system of election, it's the neocon toots put on the SCOTUS by the Shrub & company. Deal with it, or don't....because at this point you're just blowing smoke.

Oh, and stop being Dixie's bitch lapdog...you can't even muster the brains/courage to respond to the challenges I put directly to you...so you just look pathetic barking from under dixie's legs. Get it together, man!

What you believe the ramifications of the Courts decision will be are opinion...there is nothing to debate...there are no real facts....you are whining about what you THINK might happen....others are describing what THEY think might happen....

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but to get riled up over opinions is useless...

What you claim could happen, could happen....anything "could happen"...that doesn't lessen the opinions of others....theirs are just as valid as yours......

The ramifications of the SCOTUS decision are at this time opinions of what could or might happen in the future...

Of course, that ain't rocket science sonny...tell us something we don't know

Someone should have schooled you on this, bunky.....just saying a version of "no it's not" isn't a logical and/or fact based response. Any grade schooler can do what you just did here.

You imbecile......ramifications of ANY law is why we have courts, Congress...and why such things are occasionally overturned or reversed. Why do you think deliberations take place? Because people are trying to figure out the long term ramifications of their actions! This is what you and the other willfully ignorant neocons are avoiding.....people giving the logical and fact based ramifications of this latest ruling. And what's hysterical is that YOU and your fellow parrots spend an ENORMOUS amount of time wailing about the ramifications of EVERY PROPOSAL OBAMA PUTS FORTH. But when you perceive a "victory" of the neocon idealism, suddenly "ramifications" is not so important. Whether you're a hypocrit or just fucking stupid or both is still debatable.

FYI: SCOTUS decisions have been reversed over time...so that means that with new appointments, some decisions won't stand scrutiny.

Of course, that ain't rocket science sonny...tell us something we don't know

Well gramps, that means that if and when this bonehead decision is overturned, don't have a heart attack over it...because there will be some new appointments to SCOTUS in our lifetime (well, mine anyway).

As the links and posts show, I don't lie....it is YOU who is all over the place trying to avoid the logical ramifications of the Scotus decision as outlined in my source links. Grow up, toodles. If there weren't ramifications to court decisions, then you wouldn't have things overturned or reversed, would you? You're just a mass of convoluted logic and contradictions, ain't ya?

Oh, and stop being Dixie's bitch lapdog...you can't even muster the brains/courage to respond to the challenges I put directly to you...so you just look pathetic barking from under dixie's legs. Get it together, man!

Seriously, THINK before you type.

Those issues are the problem of the Congress...

Ramifications are the results of a court decision, you dip stick! As the links I provided pointed out, there are many to this...and Congress can put road blocks to the idiocy of making a corporation a separate human entity with rights under the guise of "freedom of speech".

Of course there are ramifications...there are ramifications to EVERY god damn decision made, whether in the Courts or in Congress or in the Oval Office...whats your point....you think you're some kind of genius to realize there are ramifications to decisions....

Stick your links up you anus...

There are hundreds of links to hundreds of opinions on what the 'ramifications' are to hundreds of issues....opinions are like asshole, Asshole, everybody has one.....and yours are no more valid than others

And there you have it, folks. This idiot just contradicted his previous statements....and he's too fucking dumb and/or proud to recognize and/or admit it.

Dealing with the buffoon is like going to a gunfight and Bravo brings a knife! I'm done kicking his ass, he's doing a fine job of it himself.

SCOTUS didn't do that, you keep saying it, but that doesn't make it so. You are a LIAR!

All you've done so far is IGNORE what I've sourced, repeat "no it's not", and then post the transcript as if THAT'S the be all end all (maybe you should READ IT).

Neither you or Bravo know or want to know about the ramifications and implications of the decision. Fortunately, the adults do. So spew your next predictable jibe or repetition. You're done. adios.
