Expectations are a funny thing.

The right has many Americans thinking that Biden will just show up & drool.

He won't. He'll give a solid speech, like he did last year. He's not a magnificent orator, but he can actually speak.
 
Let's hope the drugs they are pumping into him will not wear off due to the delay in his arrival. To keep him even patrially functioning everything must be timed perfectly.
