If your goal is to end illegal migrant invasions... as Magat's like to pretend, why are 22 Magat States trying to end one of the most successful TEST programs (CHNV Humanitarian Program), that is working to dramatically reduced illegal migration flow from the countries in the program (Cuba, Honduras, Nicaragua and Venezuela), by giving them a clear legal path to apply that involves a financial sponsor (usual family) who have to take financial responsibility for the person?

The Judge denied the States 'Standing' citing that the PROGRAM IS WORKING and thus they could not demonstrate harm...

A federal judge in Texas on Friday rejected a challenge by Republican-led states to a Biden administration program that allows hundreds of thousands of migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela to apply for emergency entry into the United States.
U.S. District Court Judge Drew Tipton in Victoria, Texas, said the 21 states, led by Texas, lacked standing to pursue the 2023 lawsuit because they could not show that the "parole" program, which allows up to 30,000 people per month to enter the U.S., caused them any injury....

But is the judge confused. Is it because IT IS WORKING, ... it is reducing illegals but also paving a path to citizenship, that Magat States want to end it?

And is that because of the shade of skin, that typically comes with people like these?
 
I would say if you are serious about ending illegal immigration you:

1. Make sanctuary cities, states, etc., illegal and charge and convict the politicians who declare them.
2. Make getting ID, a driver's license, or other forms of official papers a nonstarter for illegals. That is, they can't get these, period.
3. Make it illegal for an illegal immigrant to enter into a contract, loan, or mortgage.
4. Make it illegal for an illegal to have a job.
5. Prosecute any employer who knowingly hires an illegal to work for them.
6. Make all law enforcement at every level part of immigration enforcement.
7. Make all public services, except minimal emergency services, unavailable to illegals and make emergency services report if they are providing services to an illegal as well as make the illegal fully libel for paying the entire bill for such services.
8. Anyone who crosses the border or is found illegally in the country goes to jail to await trial and if convicted is then deported. Bail is not an option.

I guarantee that would end 90% + of illegal immigration and somewhere close to that percentage now in the US would self-deport.
