They were teenagers, often below 18, but never 20 and above. They were taken to a foreign country where they had no way of contacting the authorities. Their passports were taken away from them, and they were locked in rooms for weeks on end. They were forced to make pornos, be prostitutes, and generally have sex.
AssHat now says that anyone who does not support slavery for women is a "simp"? Really? Now in the alt right world, freedom from slavery is too much for women to ask for?

Not quite sure you can. And it really does not matter. Tate is charged with human trafficking, not "pornography manufacturing." They are still holding off on the child pornography charges.
How easy is it to prove child pornography? The elements of it are that it is pornography, and the victim is a minor. A ham sandwich cannot be a minor.
Tate got the profits, so he "assisted" adults, and children, with his online business with coercion.
Tate was not as smart as trump, and did not use agents to do his dirty work. There is no plausible deniability here.
The young women, and girls did not get the money, so yes it is.

Good point. I was thinking about Trump's penchant for young girls and Eastern European women. He apparently also bent the law to allow his Eastern European mail-order bride's family to chain migrate to the USA
I gave personal financial advice for a charity, and I was left believing that maybe children should have the right to work. I would never have supported child labor, or even considered doing so, until I met girls who were escaping child prostitution by turning 18 and getting a job. They were enslaved by pimps who took all their money, and forced them to have sex with many men a night. They escaped the hold these pimps had on them, and if they were here legally, spoke English, and were over 18, could get jobs and rebuild their lives.
If you allow runaway and abandoned children to just get jobs, they would be able to escape prostitution before age 18. Then again, I still think that minors should just be taken care of, and not need a job to begin with. So I am on the edge over whether child labor should be allowed.
The point is that sexual enslavement does not beat work. It is work without pay, work in terrible conditions, and work for long hours. It is dehumanizing.

Forcing women and girls to have sex with people and keeping the money that Tate was paid is not a civil matter. The slaves cannot just sue Tate for the money that their enslavement made, and be made whole. It is not even theft wages, which is more extreme civil court also.
If a hitman is captured, is your solution for the estate of the victim to sue for the money paid for the killing?
