Sonia Sotomayor Should Retire Now

If she leaves the Court this year, President Joe Biden will nominate a young and reliably liberal judge to replace her.

Democrats want Sotomayor to leave now so Biden can replace her. Obviously
they don't think Biden will win in November. The author even says she is a diabetic in poor health and may not live to see another Democrat pResident. Should Sotomayor retire now?
 
LOL Really? It seems like just yesterday she was getting the job calling herself a "wise Latina"... I guess this guy suddenly doesn't like her wisdom, ay?
 
Thomas sat on the Supreme Court in countless trials and NEVER asked a question for decades. We know his ethics are non-existent. He was never qualified to do the job and he has been bad. He is the worst judge in history and is doing serious damage to the court.

I think Sotomayor is just as left wing as most judges Biden would pick (and make it through the senate). Seeing her replaced by Biden won't make much difference.

The American MAGA conservative has just lost his/her way. It is amazing to see how many ways they can show themselves to be as unfeeling and inhumane as they are.

If one is devolved to mutant status, Frank, one can't be held responsible for taking a mutant path.
They don't feel shame. They're mutants being mutants. They're genetic accidents.

Once they've been culled, the next imperative is to figure out how they came into being.
