He was not labeled a rapist, you moron. It was a civil trial and trump was found liable for assault even though there was no evidence and it will be overturned for sure.
 
I just got off the phone with one of Trump's lawyers. He says that Trump is going to sue for around $454 million.
 
Why was carroll allowed to sue trump for calling her a liar, but trump was not allowed to sue carroll for calling him a rapist on no evidence???

Let me get this clear. trump is suing Stephanopoulos for saying trump was found liable for rape, when trump was actually found liable for sexual assault. First that is reminding voters, again, and again, that trump was found liable for sexual assault.

And in common speech, what trump was found liable for would be called rape, so it is a true statement. It would be like suing saying, "you said I was convicted of murder, when I was really convicted of manslaughter."

This is a completely stupid case.

Anyone and everyone can say the following without fear of losing a defamation lawsuit to Trump:

And the judge in the rape case refers to trump's rape numerous times. I believe he said that she was raped with a finger, which is still rape.

He did also rape her in the common sense of the term, but that wasn't proven in court.

What a stupid thing to say. World of difference between manslaughter and murder. Murderers get 50+ years. Manslaughterers often get just a few years.
