Here too for the most part. In fact our county Sheriff put out a press release that they would not be enforcing any of the Covid idiocy . His legal team finding that it was unconstitutional was one of the reasons given.

First of all, school attendance was already way down here, even in the earliest onset of the pandemic. In fact, a problem here in Mesquite was the fact that many students were either sick, or were being kept home by their parents, for whatever reason. But, also, a majority of the Teachers, school bus drivers, and the school support staff got sick, and the School District had problems getting substitute teachers to come in, in their place.

So, all this talk about Democrats shutting down schools is preposterous. Even our Governor eventually announced he was closing the schools down state wide. Just as he closed all the bars down. And last time I looked he is a Republican.

SO this thread is nothing more than an irresponsible and misguided potshot at the Democrats!

Agreed but I'd add it's also part of the MAGAt code AKA Beta-Male code to shift blame for all of Trump's mistakes onto others. This thread covers the first three steps of the MAGAt code:

MAGAt rule #1 A bold-faced lie is your best defense
MAGAt rule #2 Never take responsibility
MAGAt rule #3 Always blame the other guy

If Trump ever said "The buck stops here" the room would break out laughing. Same goes for all the MAGAts on JPP, they always blame others and never man up to their own responsibilities.

I had people and authority try to hand me a mask when I was on a public sidewalk. I said no thank you and went on my way. I wasn't allowed in a big chain grocery store, so I had to pay more at a mom-and-pop corner shop.
 
Thanks to geniuses like you guys, we have Measles breakouts in many places across the country. You guys are so much smarter than the health commissions. They won't trick you smart people into getting vaccinations.

There was a restaurant in anchorage with a sign on the door saying that if a customer couldn’t wear a mask for medical reasons it would be a violation of HIPAA to force the customer to provide proof. Nobody in the restaurant was wearing a mask! :laugh:

I'm good with "Evolution in action". Although I'm against putting people to death, if they want to remove themselves from the gene pool, I'm happy to hold their towel. :thup:

I have sympathy for those who took precautions but became sick and died. Those who flaunted precautions and died are good examples of dumbasses to be laughed at. Consider Darth Omar. :rofl2:
