I’d say he is responding to the prior posts attacking Sotomeyer and Jackson for being incompetent and unqualified, ping ponging Thomas as
exemplifying ineptness, which I would agree with, and throw in Ailito, one only has to read Thomas majority opinion in the Bruen case

Don't have her exact words in front of me, for I have much better things to do than to comment further
on perhaps the dumbest SCOTUS of all time. However, I will paraphrase the weak comment she had to
that question about describing a woman. She said something like I am not qualified to answer that question.
In other words, she's a complete dunce, and most likely a black lesbian just like Biden's dingbat Jeanne
Pierre whatever her name is.

So discussions on expanding the court are ok but a Democratic journalist saying Democrats shouldn't have a repeat of Ginsburg is off limits? I'm asking sincerely, how do you draw that line?

Edit: And I'm guessing you didn't read the article either. It has nothing to do with competency, it's about wanting Democrats to maintain the seat.

your fear of firearms does not negate that the 2nd Amendment is an individual right that shall not be infringed.

I know exactly what she said when asked by Marsha BLACKBURN to define a woman- She said, "I am not a biologist"!

Now, I am not a doctor or a biologist either, but I am always willing to take a look! That is how I would have replied to the BITCH!

She also said, "I know I am a Woman"- when Ted Cruz accused her of being the only person under review for SCOTUS that couldn't define what a women was- AS IF THAT QUESTION HAD EVER BEEN ASKED OF ANYONE BUT JACKSON- the first Black Women to ever be selected for a Supreme Court seat.

I have no idea who is man or woman anymore. Unless I am allowed to turn them over like a kitten and see what they have between their legs.

It's like I was walking into the bank just the other day, and a gust of wind came up suddenly, in the parking lot, and blew this women's dress up over her head that was about 10 steps in front of me. She turned around and saw that I noticed it, and she said, "Well, I can tell you're no Gentleman"!:whoa:

Fear of firearms? WTF, they are everywhere. More guns than people in America. The 2nd should be erased. SCOTUS made America into a shooting gallery due to a poor decision. We should rectify that.

Which is why I'll never vote for the Democrat Party since their agenda is exactly the same; focused on control and not helping.

Most "gun violence" is suicide, almost always with a handgun although a few may have shot themselves with the more expensive AR-15. Lots of Liberals have handguns. LOL Better to focus on better mental health care since rational people don't commit suicide except in very dire situations such as a painful, terminal disease or a +60 year old going to life in prison for treason, pedophilia or mass murder. They can kill themselves with a bedsheet and banning guns won't stop that.

Gun-grabbers focusing upon AR-15s are proving themselves to be dishonest; if they wanted to save lives, they'd be going after handguns and how to prevent suicide....but that's not the agenda, is it? :laugh:

Agreed. I've seen no evidence she nor any other justice wants to scrap the Bill of Rights or any part of it.
