Chilling Increase in Attacks on Christian Churches In U.S.
Story by Andrew Sanders
A report by the Family Research Council found a significant rise in attacks on Christian churches in the United States over the past five years, with a record 436 incidents in 2023 including vandalism, arson, bomb threats, and gun violence.
This was more than double the number in 2022 and over eight times the 2018 figure, suggesting hostility against churches is increasing.
Incidents were reported in all 50 states and occurred for reasons like anger toward the church or its stances on political issues.
However, the actual number of attacks is likely higher than reported since many go unreported or unnoticed.
The rise in crimes reflects a growing hostility toward Christianity in American society, according to the FRC.

You read about the report in an article. You didn't read the report. You don't get to tell others what they call the study. Calling it an article shows you don't know the difference between the two.
