The number of genetically fucked up kids is an indication to me that everybody isn't breeding material.

One of our nation's biggest failures is making "married with children" the default mode
when it's clearly not the natural or ideal lifestyle for everybody.

I can see no downside to requiring licenses for pregnancies,
to be issued only after significant genetic testing of both parents.

Wouldn't that do a lot more good than harm?
