Trump doesn't go to church, has has never read the bible, and mocks holy rollers behind their backs.

He's obviously not Christian in any authentic way.

He also is not spiritual in any way, he doesn't belong to any other religions, and has never been known to be an adherent to any religions tradition. He eschews any kind of acceptable moral code and only cares about money, power, materiel possessions.

An atheist by any other name is still an atheist.

That event always piqued my curiosity since it went against what Jesus was preaching.

IIRC, it's covered in all the Gospels so it's likely it happened. IMO, he did it to provoke a confrontation ending in his trial and martyrdom.
