This is just normal contrails moving with the wind at altitude. Just as with clouds, the location of those contrails can be very deceptive. Depending on the altitude contrails or clouds at lower angles of observation, like the ones in the video, can actually be upwards of 100 miles away at much higher altitudes creating a optical illusion they are much closer than they actually are.

Aircraft moving through cloud vapor. The vapor is condensing on the warm surfaces of the aircraft making it visible. You'll note that this comes and goes in the video as the plane passes through patches of vapor then clear air.

Well, the easy way to prove this is to photograph the plane while it's on the ground and show exactly where the release nozzles are. Maybe get someone to show how the tanks holding the supposed chemicals are installed too. How hard is that?

Like the photo of the Delta 767... It is dumping fuel. Here's a video on it.

It can be done, even may be being done, but the videos Hawkeye10 provided aren't showing that. Like I said, the top one is vapor condensing as the jet passes through it. The middle one is a Delta Airlines 767 dumping fuel. The bottom one is just a contrail moving with the wind. There's no conspiracy theory stuff there other than bullshit.
