The most egregious example of this tactic is what they did to Palin. They hit her with a dozen or so lawsuits that took time and money to defend. She had no choice but to resign and write a tell-all to make the money. All of the suits were eventually dismissed, and now the libs are calling her a quitter, when in fact the exact opposite is true.

Newsflash for ya, bunky......he was ARRESTED based on the PHYSICAL EVIDENCE....his "explanation" does NOT deny his physical presence at the scene of the crime or the actions....what he contends is the "intent". The charges are in accordance.
