i am not as concerned by fanatics getting ahold of nuclear weapons or materials or chemical weapons (the race can survive those) but what about biological weapons, they know no borders

I'm surprised the terrorists haven't come up with designer diseases.
maybe the leaders are not as fanatical as the followers and just want more power and realize that if they loose a disease, that it might get them
