Trump has probably NEVER been on a military base, even when he was CIC.
And IF he was I am sure it wasn't for long he Doesn't want to be around what he calls suckers and losers I guess.
 
This has had to be explained many, many times to trump, and he still does not get it. The Public Health Service Corps is a uniform service, but it is not part of the military. Of course they have a friendlier bedside manner than a drill sergeant. They are supposed to.
