The son of Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) will spend no time behind bars after he was arrested earlier this year on multiple charges related to identity theft following a string of car break-ins.

Instead, a judge in Garfield County offered the teen a sweetheart deal in exchange for a guilty plea on a single felony charge.

No politician of any ideology should have such meager clout
that he/she can't keep a close family member out of jail.

If you're not strong enough to do that,
you're also not strong enough to do the things that you're supposed to be doing.

That goes for Joe and Hunter Biden as well, by the way.

People want everyone to be equal,
but if nobody has the ability to transcend equality,
nothing special would ever get done.

These days, nothing special does get done very often.
The populists have been too successful in blocking progress.

Obviously a white kid with a clean prior record was going to dodge any serious prison time for this.

I wonder if MAGA morons would be so charitable to a legal Hatian immigrant who committed identity theft and stole credit cards?
