pResident Braindead doesn't have to be a "genius" or even have a brain that functions beyond being able to read out loud (my MIL with dementia can read out loud too), the folks putting him out there to read the teleprompters and crotch notes in order to keep power would have to simply be effective and at the same time not care if what they are doing is ethical so long as they keep getting to run the show behind the scenes..

It isn't a crime to slow walk something like that to push it past the statute of limitation, though it is a prime example of using the justice department to cover the family turds. We know for a fact that the older tax evasion that involved the deals Hunter and Braindead made when he was VP will never be charged because of how that was handled, it's been widely reported.

What must really cause your cognitive dissonance to rage out of control is calling President Biden "Braindead" while knowing all the while he's smarter and mentally sharper than a stoner dropout like you ever was or will be.

None of it will change that the charges that would drive such an investigation are past the statute of limitation due to the purposeful slow walking by the DOJ. However, the makeup of the DOJ can change massively depending on the result of the next election. It is my hope that someone with actual ethics gets the office... However, between the two candidates that are likely to have a shot at winning, I fear that it is a hope and wish only, neither party has shown me any action that would drive a belief that they will fundamentally change a politicized DOJ.

Oh I certainly Trump has the motivation to change the DOJ . I'm not sure if he will have the ability.
