Musk's super PAC doesn't name daily $1 million winner after DOJ warning​


The DOJ sent a letter notifying America PAC, Musk's pro-Trump group, that its lottery could violate federal law against paying people to register to vote.

The super PAC has also reframed its messaging regarding the giveaways, explaining that "Every day until Election Day, a registered swing state voter who signs the petition will be selected to earn $1M as a spokesperson for America PAC."

After the fiasco about the Secret Service and Tom Crook's assassination attempt, the SS tightened up security which is why they nailed the idiot on the golf course. The Coachella guy was a Trumper who admitted he had guns but the SS stopped him anyway. If Trump loses the election and attempts to flee, his security detail will be with him and not let him go.

Trump's and the MAGAt's screaming about the lack of security will backfire on them. I ❤️ Irony

Agreed and he should be if justice were done. Notice that he's protected by the MAGAts in Congress.
 
He can not legally give the money

And the winners can not legally accept this money
The check receivers are now likely going to be testifying against Musk in return for leniency
