oct 24 2024 A small Ohio town is the latest victim of the Biden-Harris administration’s open border policy after 3,000 migrants from the West African nation of Mauritania moved in in the past year — lured by TikTokers who are posting instruction videos with maps of the Cincinnati suburb.
The influx has nearly doubled Lockland’s population of 3,500 in a matter of months, local officials say.

“With the federal government’s open border policy, these immigration population outbursts have been left for small villages like Lockland to have to deal with,” Mayor Mark Mason told WCPO. Nearly all of the migrants are from the Muslim-majority country on Africa’s Atlantic coast, which is among the poorest in the world.

Well, given that Lockland is a suburb of Cincinnati, I doubt any of the Mauritanians would remain there. There's no housing to be had, almost no businesses, and the town is so small it's easy to walk to adjacent ones or even into Cincinnati.

Also, since that county in Ohio votes Democrat, it's entirely possible dumping illegal foreigners there will enrage the locals enough to get them to switch parties in elections to do something about the problem...

I'd add, it looks like the population of that town--the legal population-- is largely Black.

The answer is obvious! The bus drivers are government diversity hire employees. They got close and found a street corner. After the first bus dumped their passengers there, the rest just formed up a lemming train and did likewise. Sort like buses do bringing people in to pack a Harris political rally don't ya know?

Affirmative action was ruled on recently by the Supreme Court. Hadn't you heard?

While the ruling applied to colleges, it's widely expected to lead to ending the practice in employment soon.

Now, maybe you can explain your motivation for singling out "Africans" to start a complaint thread about.

Plenty of other recent immigrants have been resettled across the nation, you know. Was their epidermal melatonin content insufficient to arouse your ire?
