It does affect this election. There is no challenge possible, since the Constitution specifies that CONGRESS sets the election day.

This is the type of thing that needs to be done, to give America back free and fair elections.
This should have been done in 2022. Along with dozens of other election integrity measures, driven forward and completed long before 9 months prior to the date of the 2024 election.
BUT! The GOP Senate leadership, was McConnell, who is a not only uniparty and a RINO, but he has a personal vendetta against Trump.
So, the Voter Roles were not purged of the Dead, Illegals, Obama's Muslim Asylum cases, and fictitious people like Mikey Mouse.
The software to prevent multiple mail in ballots being sent to the same address and person was not purchased, setup and used.
The court cases which should have been completed prior to 9 months before the 2022 election, were not done until the day before the 2024 election.
Because McConnell WANTS Trump to lose!
The GOP is a complete FAILURE.
We only get to pick between two major political parties. The GOP is a Controlled Opposition Political Party, and a wing of the Democratic Party!
We need to destroy the GOP, so we can replace it with a TRUE Opposition Political Party.
We have lost our Democracy. America no longer has free and fair elections.

The jurisdiction of the fifth circuit court is only Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi - states Trump is going to win anyway.
